When you order a side or whole beef you are able to select how you would like it cut and packaged. If you are unsure on choices we are happy to go through it with you. 
$7/lb based on hanging weight pick up at the shop in Jaffray or delivered
Our carcasses weigh between 500-600 lbs.
Cost is between $3500.00 - $4200.00 cut, wrapped, and flash frozen. Delivery is available for an additional $0.50/lb!
Our wait times for beef orders are around 3 months
Because we raise our own beef, we have this waiting period to ensure availabllity and quantity available.
