When you order a side of beef you are able to select how you would like it cut and packaged. If you are unsure on choices we are happy to go through it with you. 
$10.50/lb based on hanging weight pick up at the shop in Jaffray.
Our sides weigh between 250-330 lbs.
Cost is between $2625 - $3465 cut, wrapped, and flash frozen. 
Our wait times for beef orders are 3-6 months
Because we raise our own beef, we have this waiting period to ensure availability and quantity available.
