When you order a side of beef you are able to select how you would like it cut and packaged. If you are unsure on choices we are happy to go through it with you. 
$8.50/lb based on hanging weight.
Our sides weigh between 250-300 lbs.
Cost is between $2100 - $2500 cut, wrapped, and delivered. 
Our wait times for beef orders are about 3 months
Because we raise our own beef, we have this waiting period to ensure availabllity and quantity available.
